Girls Program Coaches
PAIGE Zakowski
7/8 Girls Coach
Coach Paige is beginning her third year as the 7/8th grade girls coach. She is 2015 Wooster High School graduate, and played lacrosse through all four years at WHS. After studying at Ohio University, Paige works for the Certified Angus Beef brand in Wooster and serves as the Director of the Wooster High School Alumni and Friends Association.
Ryan Smith
7/8 Girls Coach
Coach Smith has been a part of the Wooster Lacrosse Club since 2016, when his son started playing. He started coaching girls lacrosse in 2019 after his daughter started playing also. Coach Smith was a track and field athlete in college and coached track and field for several years. Coach Smith enjoys working with and teaching children and young adults as he is an educator for Wooster City Schools.

Megan Hackett
5/6 Girls Coach
Coach Hackett has been involved with the Wooster Lacrosse Club for the past 7 years. She has enjoyed watching her girls grow in the program and is excited to coach other girls that love the sport of lacrosse
Jui Pycraft
3/4 Girls Coach
Coach Juli is a Wooster High School graduate from the Class of 2020. She started playing lacrosse in the 7th grade with the WLC. She continued to play through high school. Her freshman year, Juli switched from playing defender to goalie. She is currently working on getting her degree in Human Services.

3/4 Girls Coach
Coach Schmitz has been with the WLC for 5 years. She played lacrosse through high school at Wooster and for Buffalo State College. Coach Schmitz also coached at the high school level in Westerville for 10+ years. She is excited to work with the youngest girls on learning the game of lacrosse.

3/4 Boys Coach
Scott Pycraft is a Wooster native and Wooster Lacrosse alumnus. He played for WHS from 1999-2002. He has coached for the Wooster Lacrosse Club since 2023 and has a boy and a girl participating in the Club. He is excited to work with the 3/4 boys on learning the game of lacrosse.
MELISSA SEIDEMAN
Cranksters Coach
Melissa is a marketing consultant with her company, Not Another Virtual Assistant, INC. She has been a D-3 college lacrosse wife for 20 years. She was a D3 swimmer at Ithaca College. She is a mom to two lacrosse and hockey players.
